How to create your first digital business card
Go from zero to a live, shareable card in about 3 minutes. This guide walks you through signup, the AI card wizard, and publishing.
01Sign up for a free account
Go to business.krofile.com and click "Get started free". You can sign up with Google (one click) or with your email. No credit card is required.
02Start the AI card wizard
From your dashboard, click "Create new card" → "Digital Business Card". The AI wizard will open.
03Describe yourself
Enter your name, job title, industry, and a brief style preference (e.g., "minimal dark" or "warm and professional"). The AI uses this to generate your card.
04Review and refine
Krofile AI generates your card design. If you love it, publish immediately. If you want a different look, click "Regenerate" and your existing card stays live while you explore alternatives.
05Add your links and contact info
After generating, add your phone, email, website, and social links in the card editor. These appear on your card for visitors to tap.
06Publish your card
Click "Publish". Your card is now live at krofile.com/@yourname. You'll also get a QR code and a vCard download link automatically.
