Krofile
MCP server

Ask your assistant about your leads.

Connect Krofile to Claude and work your leads in plain English — who came in, who to chase, what to update. No dashboard, no export, no copy-paste.

It reads and updates leads and analytics. Nothing else.

Things you’d actually say

“How many leads came in this week?”

Counts them and breaks them down by card.

“Which leads haven't been contacted yet?”

Lists everyone still sitting at new.

“Mark Jane as qualified and tag her VIP”

Moves her along your pipeline and tags her.

“Her number is +44 7700 900123 — add it”

Fills the blank. It cannot change what she typed herself.

“Import this spreadsheet from the trade show”

Previews it, then imports. Duplicates skipped.

“How did my cards perform this month?”

Reads your card and lead analytics.

Connect it in two minutes

One address, the same for everyone. Your assistant identifies you by the Krofile account you sign in with.

  1. 1.Open Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector.
  2. 2.Name it Krofile and paste the address below.
  3. 3.Sign in with your Krofile account and tick what it may do.
https://api.krofile.com/mcp

Needs a Krofile account. Anyone on your team can connect one; it never sees more than their own role allows.

You tick the permissions

Four, and there is no fifth — nothing about cards, billing, members or payments can be asked for, because no such permission exists.

leads:readSee your leads and who they came fromSuggested

A permission never grants anything on its own. What a connector can reach is the narrowest of the permission you ticked, your role in the workspace, and the group you work in — so connecting one can never widen your own access.

Every tool, in full

There is no delete_lead. Leads cannot be deleted through the portal either — a record of who contacted you is not ours or an assistant’s to erase.

What it can do

Read your leads

Who came in, from which card, and where each one stands.

Work your pipeline

Change status, add tags and notes, as you talk.

Fill in the gaps

Add a phone number or a company that was left blank.

Import contacts

A spreadsheet from an event, checked before anything is saved.

Export the list

Only if you grant it — that permission starts switched off.

Answer questions

Analytics for your cards and your leads over time.

And what it can’t

  • Touch your cards, your billing or your team
  • Delete a lead — nothing can, not even you
  • Change an answer someone typed into your form
  • See anything your own account cannot see

Everything it does is written to your audit log, and disconnecting it from Account & security stops it immediately — not when some token expires.

It can fill a blank. It can’t rewrite an answer.

If someone left their phone number out of your form, your assistant can add it later. What they did type — their name, their email — is fixed for good. A lead is a record of what a real person said, and a record that can be edited is a record of nothing.
