01Is there a free trial?
No trial is needed. Krofile's free tier is unlimited in time, so you can use it indefinitely and upgrade when you need more. The free tier includes 1 Digital Business Card, 1 Link-in-Bio, and 1 Review Card.
02Is there a money-back guarantee?
Krofile does not offer a money-back guarantee. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel at any time and your access continues until the end of the paid period.
03Can I change from monthly to yearly?
Yes. Switch to yearly from your Billing settings at any time. The remaining balance from your monthly subscription is prorated.
04What payment methods are accepted?
Krofile accepts all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover) via Stripe. We do not currently accept PayPal or bank transfer.
05Is my payment secure?
All payments are processed by Stripe, the same platform used by Amazon, Shopify, and Airbnb. Krofile never stores your card number.
