   – Ensure the product is securely packaged to prevent further damage during transit.

4. Refund Processing:

   – Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

   – Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Replacement Policy

1. Defective Product Replacement:

   – Shipping costs for the replacement will be covered by Krofile.

Non-Returnable Items
